Rovex Group AG, the family's incubation and innovation hub, is broadening its remit to formally support early-stage ventures across all seven of the family's investment portfolios.

Founded in 2014, Rovex Group AG has spent the past decade fostering early-stage ideas and talent, largely in support of the family's environmental and technology initiatives. Under its expanded mandate, Rovex will now provide structured incubation support, including seed funding, mentorship and access to the family's networks, to promising ventures across Energy & Environment, Health Care & Wellness, Education, ImpactArt, Media & Entertainment, Technology & Innovation, and the newly added Defence & Resilience pillar.

The expansion formalises a role Rovex has increasingly played in practice: identifying entities at the intersection of genuine financial promise and measurable social or environmental impact, well before they are ready for the family's later-stage investment vehicles. Rovex will continue to work closely with Turtle Labs, the family's dedicated research and development hub, to source and evaluate opportunities in science and emerging technology.

“The best ideas rarely arrive fully formed. Our job is to find them early.”

“The best ideas rarely arrive fully formed,” said a Rovex representative. “Our job is to find them early, back the people behind them, and give them the room to prove themselves against our values, not just our spreadsheets.”

The expanded programme will begin accepting proposals from portfolio-aligned founders and researchers later this year. Further details will be announced through G&G's usual channels.
