Today, the family office begins operating under a new name: G&G.
The change catalyses a new era for the family, led by its next generation of stewards, following the passing of the family's co-founding matriarch earlier this year. It follows a period of deliberate simplification, in which the family consolidated its operating units to focus resources on the entities and portfolios best positioned to carry its purpose forward.
“The name changes. The purpose does not,” said a family spokesperson on behalf of the Family Council. The new identity retains the deep forest green that has long signalled the family's environmental and sustainability commitments, paired with a warm burgundy drawn from the family's own colours to mark this new chapter distinctly from what came before.

G&G Family CouncilG&G now operates through six dedicated hubs: Rovex Group AG for incubation and innovation, G&G Investments for portfolio management, G&G Charitable Trust for philanthropy, 3GMP Productions for media, G&G Europe for institutional management, and Turtle Labs for research and development. Each entity retains its own mandate while operating under the shared purpose that has guided the family since 2001: to protect and enhance the human condition.
The family's seven investment portfolios remain unchanged in scope, spanning Energy & Environment, Health Care & Wellness, Education, ImpactArt, Media & Entertainment, Technology & Innovation, and Defence & Resilience, and continue under the same negative screening principles that have guided the family's capital since inception.
G&G will continue to update its counterparties, partners and the broader public as the transition progresses. For enquiries, please write to info@gggroupholdings.com.
